Shipping Policy

1. Orders and deliveries
a. Orders must be placed in writing via e-mail, webshop or another formal communication channel.
b. Linen will be sent within 2 to 5 working days. With Tailormade Confection you must take into account 6 weeks of delivery time and 10% additional or mining delivery due to optimum use of materials.
In some cases the delivery time may differ, depending on the stock and package size. If you want certainty whether a product can be delivered on time, we recommend contacting in advance via e-mail info@linnenatwork.nl or telephone +31 (0) 88 5727600.
c. Deliveries are carried out at the delivery address as stated in the order.
d. LinnenatWork is not responsible for delays in delivery as a result of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes or delays at transport companies.
e. Postage costs:
-€ 17.50 per delivery linen within the Netherlands;
-From € 20.00 per delivery within the EU; Depending on the volume, there may be additional costs of transport, we will always share these costs with you in advance. For outside the EU, shipping costs are charged on the basis of actual costs.

2. Product quality
a. Linnenatwork guarantees that all textile products supplied meet the agreed quality standards and specifications.
b. If there are manufacturing errors or defects that are not due to incorrect use or normal wear, LinnenatWork will replace or repair the products free of charge within a reasonable period.
3. Return shipments
a. Return shipments are only accepted after prior written permission from Linnenatwork.
b. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returns, unless the return shipment is the result of an error from LinnenatWork.
c. Returned products must be in good condition, be unused and returned to the original packaging, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

After receiving and inspection of the return shipment, we will assess the state of the returned products.

If the returned products meet our return conditions, we will process a refund or send a desired replacement item.

Refunds are made via the original payment method used for the order, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Keep in mind that the reimbursement is excluding the original shipping costs, unless the returned product was damaged upon receipt.

Excluded products

Custom made products cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing errors.

Used or washed products cannot be returned.

c. Deliveries are carried out at the delivery address as stated in the order.
d. To ensure that delivery runs smoothly, we ask attention to the following matters:
• A large truck will be on site and there must be enough room for this to be able to maneuver. Also think of enough parking space for unloading and any broken or sealed streets.
• Ensure that extra help is present when delivering; The transport company supplies on the ground floor to the front door, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in advance.
e. LinnenatWork is not responsible for delays in delivery as a result of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes or delays at transport companies.
f. Shipping costs beds and mattresses:
€ 125.00 per delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium, with the exception of the Wadden Islands; For other deliveries, shipping costs are charged on the basis of actual costs.
g. Deviating transport wishes must be requested separately. Extra costs will be charged for this.
h. Inhuizen and/or installation is only possible on request. Additional costs are taken into account for this.
