Reimbursement policy
This return policy applies to all B2B transactions between Linnenatwork and its business customers. The aim of this policy is to offer clear guidelines with regard to the return of products and the handling of any returns. Read this policy carefully before submitting a return application.
We strive to offer you high -quality products and excellent service. We recommend that you carefully check the products upon receipt and to report any problems or deviations immediately. - Return conditions
- Return shipments are only accepted after prior written permission from Linnenatwork.
- All returns must be reported within 8 days after delivery date.
- The products must be in their original state, unused and undamaged.
- All original labels, tags and packaging must be intact.
- Return shipments must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.
- The buyer is responsible for the costs of returns, unless the return shipment is the result of an error from LinnenatWork.
- Return procedure
- Contact us in advance to register your return shipment. This can be done by telephone on +31 (0) 88 572 7600 or via e-mail info@linnenatwork.nl.
- Provide the order number, the article numbers and the reason for return.
- Our customer service will provide you with further instructions for returning.
- Pack the products carefully in the original packaging to prevent damage during transport.
- Add a copy of the original invoice or receipt to the return shipment.
- Send the return shipment to the specified address using a traceable shipping method.
- Repayments
- After receiving and inspection of the return shipment, we will assess the state of the returned products.
- If the returned products meet our return conditions, we will process a refund or send a desired replacement item.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method used for the order, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Keep in mind that the reimbursement is excluding the original shipping costs, unless the returned product was damaged upon receipt.
- Excluded products
- Custom made products cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing errors.
- Products from the sale cannot be returned.
- Used or washed products cannot be returned.
