On our website you can order fun linen at work products and register on our newsletter. We also use cookies when visiting our website. This means that in certain cases we record personal information of you as a visitor. What do we do with that data? What is the basis for using that data? We would like to inform you about that.

Safe data processing

If we receive or transfer your data on our website, we always use the coding technologies that are recognized as common and safe standards within the IT sector. If we receive or transfer certain critical information, such as financial information, we use a secure server and connection.

Data in the context of your order

For your order we need your name, e-mail address, address (s), payment details and sometimes also your telephone number. This allows us to deliver your order and keep you informed about your order. We also give your information to others if necessary for an order, for example to delivery services. Our legal ground to process this information from you is thus the implementation of our contractual agreements. We cannot execute your order without this information. We always process your payment data in a secure payment environment. If you pay with iDeal, we store this information to be able to link the payment to your order. And we use a bank account number to be able to deposit money in the event of a possible return. Do you pay with a credit card? Then your credit card details are sent directly to Stripe from our secure environment. They make our credit card payments. We do not get to see your credit card details, Stripe only tells us whether your payment has been successful. Or not. If you pay with PayPal, we have access to your account name and e-mail address and the delivery address you possibly use at PayPal. We need this information to perform your order.

We only pass on your data to other parties if necessary for our services. We engage these parties for this: delivery partners, payment partners, IT service providers. We call in media and advertising agencies and research agencies to show your targeted advertisements and to investigate which people are very happy with our products. Parties that gain access to your data may only use it to perform a service on our behalf. They may never use this data for other purposes. With these parties we make agreements on this in processing agreements.

LinnenatWork newsletter

You can register for the newsletter via Linnenatwork.com and via other channels. Once your order has been completed you can register for our newsletter.  We use this data based on your permission. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we will send you e-mails about our products or promotions from time to time. If you have ever placed an order with us, you can receive e-mails from us about similar products. We use this data based on legitimate interest. We will never sell this information to third parties, so you will not be approached by other parties. Third parties can perform the mailing on our behalf. We agree with these parties that they handle your data safely and neatly. Cookie

We place a cookie on your PC (if you give permission) to recognize you next time. For example, your shopping basket can be remembered. Read more about all cookies here. We use DataTrics to collect visitors -oriented information with the aim of making our offer more relevant and more personal for you so that the customer experience will improve.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

You can call us, email, seek contact via social media or even send mail to us. We store this data, because this is better for us to solve your question or problem. Our basis to process your data is the execution of the agreement (your right to warranty). We can also use the contact moments to learn the service department how we can best deal with our customers. Our basis is our legitimate interest in this. By the way, we don't do that with recording telephone calls.

Improvement

We would like to provide you with good service and are curious what you think of our webshop and our products. We therefore sometimes approach you for a customer survey. We may also contact us to ask how the handling of a complaint went and what you think of our newsletter. That is why we collect customer behavior. We do this with the basis justified interest.  This way we can analyze your reading behavior and create content that suits your wishes. We do this by registering unique visits, with all the activities that take place within it. Think of viewing pages, zooming in or clicking on the left. Of course we always handle your data nicely. If you visit our webshop, our liket on Facebook or Instagram or order something from us, we will remember what you liked. We do that with a so -called pixel. How long do we keep your data?

We do not use and store your data for longer than necessary. After this we delete all the data we have from you. Or are this data fully anonymous (so that we still know the value of your order, for example).

We have established internal terms how long we save data over you. Here is an overview: invoice, payment and order data: We save this information for 7 years. This is mandatory from the tax authorities. Service application: We save the report and contact details for 5 years. If you register for the newsletter or give permission to receive it, we will keep that permission for 5 years. If you are unsubscribing from our newsletter, we will delete your data.

Your rights

You have the right to request the following information from LinnenatWork when it comes to your privacy. You can get access to your personal data and request a copy. Give permission to socials

At LinnenatWork we would like to show what our products look like in a real house. We need the help of our customers for this! It is therefore possible that we have sent you a message asking if we can use your photo on our social media channels, on our website and any other expressions such as our magazine and the newsletter. By responding to our request with #yeslinnenatWork you agree with the following:

• That you are the owner/rightholder of the photo placed;
• That we can share your photo on our website;
• That we can share your photo on our social media channels. These are: Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest;
• That we can use your photo in other communication, such as in our magazine and in our newsletters;
• That we get a non-exclusive commercial right to use your photo for commercial purposes and that no restrictions or restrictions are associated with this.

We will make reasonable efforts to mention you as a maker and possibly include a link to your photo or account, but we are not obliged to do so.

REVOKE CONSENT

If you no longer want us to use your photo, you can withdraw your permission. Send us an email via info@linnenatwork.com with the request to withdraw your permission and a direct link to the photo.
