This is a beautiful and advanced napkin design. It works better with stiff material.
Step 1: Place the napkin with the printing or pattern down for you.
Step 2: Fold the napkin in half and turn the open end to you.
Step 3: Fold the napkin in four.
Step 4: Fold the top layer of the napkin diagonal in half - up and to the left.
Step 5: Fold the next layer of the napkin diagonally up and to the left, stop something from the previous fold to create that spread effect.
Step 6: Repeat this one last time with one last layer. Keep them all at the same distance from each other, be precise.
Step 7: Now fold both sides of the napkin underneath to create a spread diamond effect of the napkin. Press it as flat as possible and you are ready!
